We are SUPER excited to have Qatherine back teaching the second day of her self suspension series. This intermediate-level class is intended for students with some self-suspension experience who want to learn new techniques and explore more possibilities for movement in the air. We will learn ties that go beyond the traditional chest and hip harnesses and provide additional options for self-suspension. We will discuss a variety of transitions and how to approach sequencing, with a focus on strategies for tying in the air. Students will then be able to combine these elements to develop and explore their own self-suspension sequence.
